Desmond studies Systems Engineering and Computer Science as a rising senior at Washington University in St. Louis. This summer he will be working in Silicon Valley with the Accenture Technology Labs as an intern. This fall he will be working with Cultivation Capital in St. Louis. He currently serves as the president to the Wash U crew team, and he spends his spare time working on projects such as Parq, a mobile application for real time parking availability.
Alex is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. While interning at Lightbank during the summer of 2013, he experienced the tech scene from multiple angles, working as an analyst as well as helping startups Tagkast and Betterfly achieve their short-term goals. Currently, he represents the Wash U men’s club volleyball team as treasurer and co-hosts a radio show on KWUR.
George is a Chinese and Computer Science double major with a minor in Entrepreneurship at Washington University in St. Louis. He is a cofounder of The Center for Impact, a coworking and incubator space for social entrepreneurs in St. Louis and works as an Analyst for the due diligence team at Cultivation Capital.

Philip founded wute.vc while a student at Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated in 2013 with majors in Systems Engineering and Physics, and a minor in Electrical Engineering. Philip currently lives in San Francisco where he works as a Software Engineer at OpenDNS, a security company founded by a WUSTL graduate.

Yoonkee spearheaded lectures given by Brad Feld of Foundry Group and Albert Wenger of Union Square Ventures while he was a director of wute.vc. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in December 2012 with a degree in economics, after which he spent time as a due diligence analyst for Cultivation Capital and program associate for Capital Innovators. He is currently working as an investment banker at Citi, advising technology, media and telecom companies on M&A transactions, as well as equity and debt financings.
